NAV Answers, Inc. offers 30+ Years' experience in accounting software design & development. Since its start in the late 1980s the company has implemented and supported over 500 ERP solutions. Originally founded as Star Support (an OSAS VAR), the company added the Navision ERP Accounting System becoming the 12th Navision Solution Center in the country under the flag of Solution One, Inc. As Solution One, the company developed, distributed, and supported two (2) custom verticals developed in Navision for the Field Service and Wholesale Jewelry industries.
In 2004, the company made the decision to sell the reseller arm of the company and concentrate of our core strengths of systems support and development. In 2014, the company was rebranded under the name of NAV Answers, LLC. Today we offer full programming and system support of all Window versions of Dynamics-NAV (Navision, version 1.0 through current version of Dynamics-NAV) as well as extensive accounting and business knowledge. Our goal is to provide our clients with fast and accurate support when they need it and allow their current VAR to provide their software and hardware needs.

The NAV Answers team is an association of independent consultants. Together we represent a combined knowledge base of over 90 years of business and financial experience. Each member brings their own unique set of skills and knowledge, allowing us to support a wide range of projects and industries. With a long history of working together our members in both Houston and Dallas are able to provide the highest levels of local support services. As we are not sellers of the Microsoft products, you are able to utilize us for support services while retaining your relationship with your current VAR.
Gene Fagelson
Gene brings over 30 years of experience in accounting software design, development, and support to the company. As a founder and President of both Star Support (OSAS VAR) and Solution One, Inc. (Navision Solution Center) he has both the knowledge and experience in the Construction, Job Shop, Field Service, and Manufacturing industries. He is fully licensed as both a developer and implementer in all Windows versions of Dynamics-NAV (versions 1.0 through the current version).
Morris Kunofsky
Morris is a CPA with over 30 years of experience in business and financial management. He has held the position of controller and CFO of publicly traded corporations, as well as, big 8 audit experience. He has experience in providing to agriculture, food production and delivery, distribution, oil and gas service companies, financial, and medical equipment distributors. Morris carries the Microsoft Certified Professional and Serenic Payroll certifications.
Deborah Johnson
Deborah comes to NAV Answers with over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. She has been responsible for managing, trading, and marketing fixed income products over the course of her career. Her financial and project management skills help to coordinate the efforts of the team, ensuring that projects are completed in a timely and cost-efficient manner for our clients.
